TheDY1100 automatic hydraulic brick making machine is introduced from the Germany which adopts the frame of four-column-three-beam prstressed tie rod structure. It uses the optimized pressure analysis with finite element which sustains more than 2000 tons. Besides hydraulic machine adopts Genmary Semens PLC, man-screen interface, the body of the hydraulic cylinder is welded with double-layer alloy. The cylinder can work efficiently under high temperature for the inner of it has been treated with heat.

Applying the displacement transducer built in the oil cylinder of our brick machine, it can exactly control the quantity of the loading material of the brick. The rate of products meeting standards is high with the erroris only± 1mm, The stork level indicator installed in the feed tray can be automatically adjusted.
