Application:
The spiral chute is suitable for separating granularity of 0.3-0.02mm, such as iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, tungsten, as well as other non-ferrous metals, rare metals and non-metallic minerals.
Working principle:
The sand pump transports the ore sand to the feeding port. Then, add water to adjust the density of ore pulp to make it rotational flow from high to the low part, thus producing inertia centrifugal force in the whirling slant surface. Due to the difference in the ratio, granularity, shape, the ore and sand are separated by the influence of gravity and centrifugal force. The ore concentrate flow to the ore bucket through the tube, the tailings discharge by the ore pump from the sand pool connected with tail sand tube.
