Application:

 Two-stage gas producer is made for steel rolling furnace, glass furnace. It can be used as fuel supply equipment for any furnaces which require temperature to be within 400-1500 degree.

Working principle:

   Coal gas in the two-stage gas producer is constituted by two parts: the upper and the lower. The upper enter the first electrical tar precipitator to be get rid of heavy tar and dust and then enter the indirect cooler. The lower are dedusted by the cyclone dust collectors and enter the waste heat exchanger and cooled down by it. Meanwhile, add extra gas to sensible heat and cool down with air cooling device. The indirect cooled upper gas and lower gas are sent to the second electrical tar precipitator to get deoiled and dedusted. Add pressure to the purified coal gas in order to transport through the pipe to the users.

Characteristics:

1. The calorific value of coal gas is high. The coal is completely retorted in the furnace so the lower stage contains no tar.

2. With high mechanization and hydraulic pressure for coal filling and slag tapping, the equipment can work steadily.

3. It has good coal adaptability and is especially suitable for soft coal that has high tar content and big gas output.

4. Small floor area, high gas output, no sewage pollution, low operation cost in the long term.
