2.The cylinder caster features high productivity, stable running and reliable performance. It constitutes the integrated automatic cylinder manufacturing system when connecting with cylinder elevator and cylinder storage &feeding system.
3.Advanced control system allows complete automatic control from startup, normal running to shutdown of machine. Real-time monitoring of all critical process parameters(temperature, air pressure ,load etc) is carried out through industrial man-machine interface and PLC. Loading rate, air input and water spraying are adjusted automatically. No need to keep watch.
4.Round silo with large capacity , occupying less area allows oxide first-in, first- out ,sealed structure and breather fitting in silo can efficiently preclude burning of oxide; discharging unit with vibrator enables easy control of oxide discharging; optional load cell device makes production management more convenient..
