Main features of Single-phase reactor:
1 Iron core use the high quality low-loss import cold rolling silicon steel slice , Core columns evenly divided into small pieces by a number of air-gap , Air-gap isolation using Nomex insulation paper , to ensure reactor during operation of the air gap does not change.
2 Reactor coil is insulated from the H-grade enamelled copper wire.Arrangement is close and even , Appearances aren’t bag insulating layer, with excellent aesthetic and better heat dissipation.
3 reactor coil and core assembly into one after pre-flood → vacuum impregnation →Hot baked curing → technological process, using the H-grade varnish, make the reactor core and coil firmed together, not only greatly reduces the running noise, but also has a very high heat-proof level, to ensure reactor can also run at high temperatures safely and without noise.
4 the reactor core column use non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and low temperature-rise, to ensure a better filtering effect.
5 the reactor deal with natural air cooling, the exposed parts are took anti-corrosion treatment, terminals use of tin-plated brass , through product testing and the tests for all procedure,to ensure the product’s performance parameters of consistency, all materials fits the standards of UL, SGS .
