Jacket tank is double. It has two functions : Hot water boiler and buffer tank.
Hot water in the inner tank could be pre-heated by the water in the heating tank circulating through heat pump condenser , boiler or solar water heater.
Heating tank could be used as buffer tank for a heat pump system.

Heating tank and inner tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel, SUS316 is optional.
Heating tank is non-pressurized. Inner tank is pressurized.
Outer case is made of painted galvanized sheet . Stainless steel case is optional.
Material of insulating layer: polyurethane

 

With a well designed and correctly fitted jacket tank, system water volume of a heat pump system could meet the requirement and heat pump ON/OFF cycle amount could be reduced and compressor service life is prolonged.
It is widely used in household, hotels, restaurants, villas, barber’s  etc.

 

Inner tank and heating tank is welded automatically by micro-computer regulating welding machine. The advanced welding technique assure the welding quality and product long service life.
50mm polyurethane is formed by advanced forming machine , small heat loss .
Good looking , well painted outer case , anti-corrosion and long service life.
