Usage:

wafer type hard seal butterfly valve uses precise and flexible seal ring in J form and triple eccentric multilayer metal seal structure. It is widely used to regulate flow and cut off fluid in the pipeline of metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage with the medium temp. range ≤425℃.

 

Actuator ( operation  mode ): electric, pneumatic, worm gear, manual.

 

Features:

1. The sealing structure is triple eccentric, nearly no wear and tear, with automatically sealed tight function.

2. The material of Seal ring is stainless steel, with dual advantage of hard seal and soft seal. Excellent sealing performance for both low and high temperature. Also with the function of Anti-corrosion and long    service life.

3. The material of disc sealing surface is overlaying cobalt-based hard alloy, with the performance of high resistance to abrasion and long service life.

4. The disc of big size valve is supporting structure, high strength, large flow area, small flow resistance.

5.  Sealing in both direction performance, no limit of medium flow direction when installation, no influence of position, installation in any direction.

6. Actuator can be installed in multistation (90° or 180° rotating), easy for user’s operation.
