Specifications

Insulating Firebrick is made from high purity refractory clays and other raw materials, with light weight and mini-porosity well distributed. Each brick is machined to precise tolerances on all six faces.

Characteristic:
- Low thermal conductivity
- Low heat storage
- High spalling resistance
- High hot compressive strength
- Low iron oxide and alkali flux content
- Accurate dimensions

Application:
- Hot face refractory lining for furnaces, kilns, flues, refining vessels and heaters, regenerators, gas producers and similar high temperature industrial equipment.
- Back up insulation for furnaces, kilns and similar high temperature industrial equipment.
