Instruction Manual for IP Waterproof Grade Tester
I. Overview:
This IP waterproof grade tester designed and produced by our company according to IEC 60529:2001/GB 4208-2008 (Degree of protection provided by enclosure <IP code>) standards could be widely used by lamp and electrical & electronic products certification & testing organizations and quality control departments of manufacturing enterprises for IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5 and IPX6 tests on products and for water resistance test of spray nozzle spray. This equipment with internationally advanced performance has been widely used in electromechanical labs of Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and domestic & foreign product certification labs.
Formulas of this equipment contain standard test options. Users may select required standard test options for immediate test without the necessity for setting; furthermore, the equipment is provided with user-defined test options through which users may set test data by themselves so as to adapt to various testing standards; rotating disk of turn table can incline by 15 degrees so as to meet inclination testing requirements of IPX2 test.
This complete set of equipment is composed of vertical rain drip tester, oscillating tube rain test device, nozzle spray test device, spray nozzle rain test device, tiltable lifting turn table ("turn table" for short), intelligent water supply device and integrated electric control cabinet.
