Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
 
Applications:
1, Electromagnetic vibrating feeder was used to feeding blocky-shaped particle, granule and powder-shaped material continuously and evenly to receiving hopper. The feeding amount can be adjusted freely. The feeding process is centralized control and self-control. It is widely used in such industry as mining, metallurgy, coal, light industry, power industry, machinery and food industry.
 
 
Working principle:
The machine feeding material to the material container droved by
Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder to move in a circulation. When the vertical component speed of feeding machine beyond the acceleration speed, the material in the container was thrown into the air to leap one step within 0.02 seconds. Every vibration of material container, the material in container would throw into the air one time; the vibration frequency is 3000times/min.The feeding material moved forward to feeding the finish the feeding process.
 
Characteristics:
(1)   Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy install, little lubrication, easy maintenance, low operation cost.
(2)The machine employed the mechanical resonance theory and the double masses working under resonance condition with low power consumption.
(3)The material stream can be changed in a second .The accuracy of feeding material is high.
(4)The feeding material was throwing into the container continuously so as to have quite little damage to the container body.
