1.Dedicated sensitivity formulations anti-agent of latex paint, water based coating packaging materials

5700L is an efficient, low toxicity fungicide for latex, polymer emulsion, pigment paste and various of water-based paint. It also can be used in inhibiting growth of the bacteria and fungi in producing and storing printing inks or in other aqueous organic products. 5700L has been widely used on bactericidal antiseptic of mass storage for mass storage lotion.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved and registered that 5700L is tank fungicide for water-based paints and coatings. Large number of experiments and practical application show that 5700L has excellent bactericidal and anti-corrosion features towards acrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate, Acrylic acid, butyl polystyrene and other polyvinyl acetate copolymer. It has excellent compatibility with these products of organic and inorganic components.

3.Recommended use

1)It supplies in the form of liquid, easy to mix. Experiment proved its anticorrosive and sterilization effect will not be effected by its different adding point. 5700L can be added directly in the process of grinding or transfer paint. To ensure its dispersion evenly, emulsion and water-based paint must be fully mixed (Proposed to add 1.5% -2.0%)

2)With micro-organisms capsule technology processed on the packaging materials, the concentration of active ingredient depends on the products' size or space.

 

4.Packing and storage

20kg / 200kg; two sizes.Please store AEM-5700-L indoor with air flow at room temperature, do not use non-metal lined containers for AEM5700-L. At ordinary storage temperature, it can be stable for at least one year.

 

5.AEM5700-L compared with other fungicides has the following advantages
