Bamboo & wood fungicide 5700-2 is our company's proprietary technology product. It has wide antibacterial spectrum, strong inhibitory action and long-time lasting and low toxicity and has excellent mildew control effect on variety of industrial products. Material and products impregnated by 1%-2% of bamboo & wood fungicide will not get mildew within half or one year, so that the products can go through the rainy season safely.

3. Scope of application

Applicable for all types of bamboo, wood, rattan, straw and other handicrafts. Wood & bamboo fungicide is wet powder, easy to use and safe, there will be no adverse reactions if operators touch directly 1:100 liquid.

 

4. Using method

1)Bamboo, wood, rattan, straw and straw products: impregnate the material/product 1 to 2 hours or more with 1% of wood & bamboo fungicide (meanwhile churn for several times), dry, then the product can be processed or stored.

2)Wood sheet: impregnate or spray and brush the surface with 1% of wood & bamboo fungicide until dry.

3)Bamboo flakeboard: add wood & bamboo fungicide into adhesive with rate of 1:40 (Fungicides: Adhesives) directly, churn while adding. Adjust pH of adhesive to 7.0-7.2 with sodium hydroxide solution, then use according to conventional methods.

4)For bamboo, wood, rattan, straw products which are sprayed varnish on the surface, after treated by the former procedure, the effect will be more significant if added wood & bamboo fungicide inside the varnish.

 

5. Packaging and storage

25kg/barrel. The shelf life is 3 years in damp-proofing and dark environment.
