Warranty &Maintenance:

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address.Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Return and Refund Policy:

1.Please contact us before you return the item. Defective situation must be noticeded within 3-5 days attached with the pictures
2.Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with original package and return the item within 2 weeks from the parcel is received.
3.We will resend new item for replacement or refund once the item is received. Pls you notice:only item’s listing price is refund,shipping and required insurance fees are not refundable.
4.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges if full payment refunded
