S49-A series vibrating sieve is widely used in oil & chemical, Pharma and food industries as filters and screens. plastic, PVC extrusion industry, synthtic fibre and polytex industries , glass & ceramic and metal working industries. Vibrating screen can work with solid and liquid products. These machines are made in stainless steel or Q235A carbon steel. depending on the order .
S49-A series vibrating sieve base is totally isolated from the vibratory group by means of springs. So, the base does not transmit any vibration to the floor. Vibrating sieve are made according to the specific sizes in different meshes. It is designed to remove contamination or grade products where the particle size is 20 micron or higher.
S49-A series vibrating sieve have an accentric masses engine which let to adjust the product's behavior on the sieve mesh and creating a three-dimensional, vibrant and swinging movement. Their circular bodies make easy to change themselves and to extend the sieving levels. They have an outlet where the different sizes of product are discharged. We will delivery them with the operation instructions manual and the machine have the CE mark.
