Main Structure, Function and Application Range:
This machine is mainly adopted to the torsion tests of metal, nonmetal materials and some parts.
The load system is the computer-controlled AC servo control system, which increases the torque in a rotating way through the master collets driven by a AC servo motor, cycloid acicular reducers. The torsional distance and torsional angle are measured by torque sensor of high precision. The torsional distance and angle curves, the loading speed and the holding of peak value can be displayed dynamically on screen.
This machine has a simple structure, easy operation, complete functions, high precision, sound stability and advanced technology, etc, and fully meets the requirements of GB/T10128-1998, Metal Torsion Test Method Under Room Temperature, which makes it the necessary equipment to test the torsion performance of materials for the Aviation & Spaceflight Industry, the Construction Trade, the Transportation Trade and the mechanical labs of universities, institutes, companies.
