Machine Description:
The machine is used for positioning, assembling & welding between steelpipe and flange, and between branch pipe and branch flange.

Machine Features:
● The movement of main & vice-working table and rotation of main & vice-chuck all adopt motor driving and digital display (or CNC control) .

● Simple operation, accurate & easy positioning, high working efficiency, small working area, save loading time.

● The machine is used for positioning, assembling & welding between steelpipe and flange, and between branch pipe and branch flange.

● The machine consists of main & idle chuck and branch pipe assembling unit and supporting unit, which should be driven by motor, with NC or CNC display. And the rotation of workpiece and positioning of branch pipe adopt motor driving to realize angle NC or CNC display, simply operation, accurate welding angle of branch pipe.
