Ausbond® 160 thermal conduction silicone grease adopts special formulation to produce, which is accomplished with the use of metal oxide and polyorganoelementosiloxane, which have excellent performance of thermal conduction and insulation.This product owns the excellent thermal conduction, insulation, wider temperature (work temperature -60℃ ～ 300℃), stability of use,lower adhesive and good performance of working,which is non-poisonous, non-erosion, non-smell,
wet and dissolvable.
Typical Purposes
It is widely used as the thermal passing media of electronic components, for example, it is widely applied to the touching section between heating elements of various electronic products, appliances (CPU, power pipe, silicon controlled and triode),playing a role of conducting heat media, which can greatly improve the effectiveness of heat dissipation to lower the work temperature of heating components.
