Introduction

Super Soft Hydrophilic Silicone Oil Emulsion RH-8098A is polyether modified  polysiloxane,applied to the hydrophilic soft finishing of the cotton,hemp,and its blended fabrics(such as:toweld).It can get excellent handle.

Advantage

Excellent hydrophilicity. increases the textile quality and endows the fabrics with comfortable dress feeling.The handle of treated fabrics is soft.No yellowing.And it has little effect on color shade.

If the dyed fabrics have some color failure or wrong color after the finishing, it doesn't need to remove the softener first and can be re-dyed. It doesn't affect the dyes on the fabrics with the deep color, pure and bright shade. The stability of emulsion is good. It has convenient usage and don't stick to the roll.

Usage

Dilute with water at a rate of 12~3 before the usage.

Soft hydrophylic treatment of knit and woven cotton fabric.

Soft hydrophylic treatment of knit and woven synthetic fiber fabric.

Other fabric which is requested to be hydrophilic,such as towels .

Usage amount for reference

Dilute with water at a rate of 1:2-3  before the usage.

Dipping process: 3~6 %  (o.w.f)

Padding process: 20~50 g/l

Package50kg or 120kg plastic barrel.

Storage Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 moths of storage period.
