Introduction  New-type Formaldehyde-free Fixative RH-2012 is a high-weight cationic polymer, applied in colour fixture of reactive dyes, and direct dyes for the dyed textiles. It can acquire excellent colour fastness to washing. 

 

Advantage  

(1) It can improve colour fastness to washing, colour fastness to dry & wet crocking, and colour fastness to perspiration.

(2) Less colour losing of colour fixture liquid.

(3) It has no free aldehyde, and it is an environmentally friendly product.

(4) It has no effect on the colour bright of the dyed textiles, which ensures the repeatability.

Appearance: light yellow to brown liquid

Ionicity: Cationic

PH Value: 6.0-7.0(10% water solution)

Dissolution: Dissolve in cold water easily

 

Use Area  

(1) Colour fixture of reactive dyes for dyed textiles.

(2) Colour fixture of direct dyes for dyed textiles.

 

Usage amount for reference  

(1) Dipping Process

New-type Formaldehyde-free Fixative RH-2012:  2%-5 %(o.w.f)

PH Value: 5.0-7.0

Bath Rate: 1:6-10

Temperature: 45°C with 20 minutes, then dehydrating, and last drying.

(2) Padding Process

New-type Formaldehyde-free Fixative RH-2012:  2%-5 %(o.w.f)

 

PH Value: 5.0-7.0

Padding, then drying

 

Attention  If used together with other finishing agent, please do the compatibility test firstly.

 

Package  50Kg or 120Kg Plastic barrel.

 

Storage  Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. Half a year of storage period.
