Installation and Regulation
1 Make sure no oil or grease before use.
2 Install the pressure regulator on a gas bottle properly, and screw inlet
connector tightly to ensure no gas leakage (examine with leak-test
agent or no-fattiness soap water when necessary). Do not touch any
fatty matters during the operating process.
3 Before opening the gas bottle, turn and loose the handle of pressure
regulator to make the spring be a fully-loose state (or state of bearing
no force), in order not to damage the low-pressure gauge. When
opening gas source, do not stand in front of or behind the pressure
regulator. Then slowly open gas source valve until high-pressure valve
completely indicates the pressure of gas bottle. Adjust output pressure.
Turn the handle in clockwise to increase output pressure, or turn the
handle anti-clockwise to decrease output pressure.
4 Slowly turn the handle to adjust to the user’s working pressure (or tap
meter head with your hand to avoid higher adjustment error). If actual
pressure is higher than working pressure, circumrotate and loose handle
to release some gas and then adjust again. (Or re-adjust to ensure
meeting the using requirements after pressure regulator have worked for
2 hours when necessary).
5 If expecting to stop pressure regulator, turn off gas source valve, then
circumrotate and loose handle to set the spring into a fully-loose state.
6 The working pressures of two of the meter heads should not higher than
75% of the measure upper limit, and receive checkout periodically and
replace meter head if unqualified.
7 Store and maintain pressure regulators properly before and after using,
avoiding impact and shake, adjustment handle must be set in loose state.
8 Pressure regulator must be stored in place containing no erosive
medium.
Ⅴ, Maintenance:
1 , We responsible the regulator for one year if it occurs quailty
problem(improper use is not included)
2, Please sent regulator back to manufacturer if it need repaired
