Series YQX,series YQXF two stage pressure regulator mainly applies for precision control and adjustment for input pressure in line of analysis instrument,environmental protection equipment,power station(the pressure of the steel cylinder is under eight litres).They still apply for non-corrosive(series YQX) or corrosive(series YQXF) pure gas and standard mixed gas,which would be sent into instruments after having benn adjusted accurately.

Applicability:
Non-corrosive such as:H2,O2,N2,CO,CH4,He,Ar,Ne and etc.
Corrosive such as:NH3,NO,H2S and SO2 etc.
Main characteristics:
1. it has small structure and light weight,and suitable for vial gas reduced pressure(under 8 litres)
2. stability:within the range of 5-15 Mpa for air supply,outlet pressure variation less than 7*10‾4 Mpa once inlet pressure changes 1Mpa
3. flow characteristic:when inlet pressure more than 2Mpa,control flow rate changes within rated range,output pressure changes not more than ±6% of upper limit of output pressure gauge measuring range.
4. Valve diaphragm adopts metal diaphragm to avoid secondary pollution from rubber diaphragm to high purity gas.
