I Function
YZQ-70F Diesel Cylinder Pressure Test Kit is mainly used to test the maximum pressure produced by compression stroke in the diesel cylinder of a diesel automobile.

Ⅲ Application range
This product can be applied to the following vehicle types:
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Citroen, Nissan, Dacia, Opel, DAIHATSU, Peugeot, Fiat, Renault, Ford, Rover, Holden, SEAT, Haojue, Toyota, Land Rover, Leyland DAF, Volkswagen, Mazda and Volvo.
IV, Method of application
This method is frequently used to protect nozzle from being damaged and protect fuel system from being polluted.
1. Keep the engine running at its normal working temperature;
2. Remove relevant nozzles, and lead the fuel to a proper container through a plastic hose connected to the end part ;
3. Fully charge the battery for the test of starting the engine through crank, otherwise test result would be affected.
4. Clean the nozzle and its surrounding part when starting the engine through the crank;
5. Fix a proper simulated injector with a clamp plate to ensure good sealing of binding face; however the simulated injector can never be fixed too tight.
6. Connect the test kit to the simulated injector;
7. Carry out the test of starting the engine through crank, and the test kit can indicate the pressure of the cylinder.
8. When to execute a repeated test for a same cylinder, press the button of pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure of the test kit.
9. When to carry out the same test for other cylinders, stop the engine and conduct proper connection.
Compare the test results with the specifications offered by the engine manufacturer. The user can better know the conditions of valve or piston ring when carrying out pressuring tests for different cylinders instead of for a single cylinder.
V. Maintenance
1. This type of pressure test kit shall be preferably used at an ambient temperature of -40℃~55℃, and relative humidity of not exceeding 90%.
2. It is suggested that the operating pressure shouldn’t exceed 75% of the upper limit of the measuring range in order to prolong the useful life of the test kit.
3. The test kit shall be protected against collision and press during transportation and installation.
4. The test kit shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent dampness.
5. We guarantee to keep our products in good repair within half a year since they are sold on condition that the user abides by the maintenance rules.
