Product Description
Boric Acid 99.5%
Appearance: White crystal powder or three oblique axial plane of the scaly and shiny crystal
CAS No. : 10043-35-3 MF: H3BO3
Quality standard: Boric Acid(H2BO3)GB/T538-2006
Properties: Odorless and tasteless, soluble in water, alcohol, glycerol ether and volatile oil, the water solution indicating weak acidity, when heating to 70-100 degree, hydro-extracting gently to change into meta-boric acid; 150-160, as pyro-boric acid: 300 degree, as boric anhydride(B2O3).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Store away from metals, reducing agents, alkali carbonates and hydroxides.
Packing:
1: Packed in plastic-lined plastic woven bags of 25 kg
2: According to the customer's requirement
Applications: Boric acid is used extensively for the glass industry, in particular E-glass fibers, but also can not be substituted borax. In the enamel, ceramic industry, products used to enhance the gloss and fastness. Can be used for medicine and wood preservation. Fungicides can be done in agriculture, pesticides, and trace element fertilizers. Boric acid is produced diboride matrix material, and its metal welding, leather, precious stones, electronics, defense and scientific research departments have widely applied.
