4.Working principle
The pug slivers which come from extruder will come into cutting part, after it attain the specified length, proximity switch detecting signal, then signal passed to PLC, PLC will drive cutting air cylinder to finish cutting, then blocking plate will be put up, motor will run, and carry out the cut pug bodies, the blocking plate will get down after the pug bodies have been carried out. The whole course has been finished.
5.Installation
5.1 The machine base should be installed on level concrete foundation
5.2 Adjust level height of bowl and level of end of mainframe’ exit, aim the center of
machine mouth at the center of bowl. And the whole machine must has a good vertical level and a horizontal level.
5.3 Before you start the machine, you should make sure that the machine base is firm, empty car running is normal and it has a good lubrication.
5.4 You can use PLC to set the time to meet production demand according to the production capacity.
5.5 All machine parts can adopt mechanical oil or consistent grease, you should often check the parts that need to lubricate. The interval of oil changing of Variable drive is working 300h for the first time, then change oil every other 1000h, oiling to middle part of oil immersion lens from oil hole, never excess. The part of slowing down needs special variable drive oil Ub-3.

6.Overview
The control part of the machine adopts advanced electrical elements, main body adopts Mitsubishi programmable controller, it has those characteristics, such as simple periphery circuit, agile control, steady working, long service life, easy operation and maintenance and so on.

8. working principle
Extruding the cog by extruder and through contact roller into cutter the cog get on and reach site of baffle damper of cutter. 9. Operation
a) Before you start the machine, you should check the air source, the air pressure must accord with the standard condition (about 0.4~0.6Mpa), cutting bow must be home position(SA1 exist in a state without electricity, SA2 exist in a state with electricity).
b) If all the things are ready, turn on the power source switch Qs1, Qs2, point light should be always alight, press the “startup” button after the
extruder has been started. If you have to stop the machine, please press the “stop” button, so the machine will be stopped.
10. Notice
10.1.If it is the first time you use it, please make sure that all the fixed bolts in box body are firm.
10.2.Crust of the machine and box body must has a dependable earthing.
10.3.Earth wire of programmable controller (PLC) should adopt the 3rd kind of earthing method, the diameter of earth wire in the scope of 1.5~2.5 mm2.
10.4.Please earnest read explanatory memorandum before use, make operating crew read explanatory memorandum. Pay special attention to, rotate speed regulating handwheel after staring, rotate according to the speed point of handwheel, strictly prohibit stop the machine timing.
10.5.If the machine is fault, invite careerman service it, in order to prevent occur suddenness.
