        THREE Main structure and the working principle
The structure of the machine (attach the installation linkup sketch map) is made up of mainframe, analyzer , finished product whirlwind separator , tiny powder whirlwind separator and wind pipe mainly. FOUR    INSTALLATION
  This equipment can installed on the beton ground level, the concrete thickness is 80-100MM, when the beton was solidified, and then beginning installation, this machine has not the terra feet filature. Please consulting the sketch map when installation. Putting away the mainframe according to the graphic location, and then assembling the winding machine again, the whirlwind separator and linkup flue pipe etc. in order, the linkup flange must use rubber or bipeltate to seal up completely, for fear the leaking air affecting the output, assembles linkup being finished, and then you can connect up the power source to test the machine to give birth to a child.
 
 
             FIVE     USING AND MAINTAIN
One    The fixed personnel should take charge of milling machine in the course of working, the operation person must have the certain technology know-how, the consumer assembles the training carrying out a technology concerned person such as operation will maintain and electricity be obliged to in the front according to concrete condition of factory in grinding machine, and the person should be proficient in the function and principle, then they can carry out operation.

Three   Except parts of the model of the chief axis upper part adopt plain bearing, the others drive part adopting rolling bearing. Therefore, it should be running under the favorable lubricating condition. Otherwise, the bearing will be attainted and will shorten the using life. Four    Forbidding the metal piece entering the machine, If it was discovered it should pick out immediately, otherwise the milling roller and the milling ring will be damaged.
Five    The material should be added homogeneously, can not be suddenly more or suddenly less. If Feeding more than the correct or required number, it will build up the wind way and reduce the output, will burnout the electric motor easily, but if feeding less, it also will reduce the output, feeding size should consult table one, forbidding the large piece of material into the machine.
Six     Wind rate adjusted: the wind rate controlling valve which is located in the upper blowing rate of wind machine was moved to maximal location in general, and it was demanded adjustment appropriately according to thin degree, wind rate is small, and the thin degree is high. But you should pay attention, wind rate is too small, the downer of the mainframe wind way will precipitate material easily, so please adjustment appropriately. When the regulating valve on the exit arranging dust pipe of the wind machine, so it should be in charge of arrive at regular operation, the feed mouth place has no dust blowout being OK.
Seven     Thin degree adjusted: According to the size of the material, gentle or harsh, moisture contented, specific gravity are different, the quality of work processing is neither same , may adjust the superjacent analyzer , rotation rate height , thin degree is high , the rotation rate is low , the west spends the bottom. Raising thin degree , output may act in responses if lessening, should test wind machine blowing rate and the rotation rate when being unable to reach a request , the consumer may grasp nimbly.
Eight     The milling roller and the milling ring dumping limitly, the fewest wall thickness surplus is not smaller than 10 MM.
Nine     When stopping the machine, the mainframe was working, first stopped feeding, making the residual material rubbing proceeding, after one minute, you can  close the mainframe electric motor and the analyzer electric motor, stopping rubbing work, and then stopping wind electromechanical motivation again to boast cleanly.
