This machine can install and use alone, but it should need the manpower to install the adobe and remove the adobe, and it also can collocate automatism installing material fight and the removing adobe manipulator with the extruder and the cutter and the transporting adobe machine and the glaze tile transport line and so on to made up the glaze tile production line. It can not need the manpower to run completely.
The working plate of this machine has six working procedures, (just as six turning wheels)the turning of the working plate, except the stair machine division and the orientation, it also set up one set of precision orientation structure, it can make sure the right orientation of the working plate mould when in the every rushing press process completely. The slipway of the upper mould is box structure; the touching length is big of the slipway orbit and the machine orbit. Every rush press of the upper mould, the working procedure has twice rushing press to the pug adobe, just as after the upper mould press the adobe to the true place, the upper mould rise 10mm, and made the pug adobe get the fill exit air, then the upper mould press the adobe to the true place, and back to the highest position, so the mould has the longer life, and the quantity of the pressed products is good.
This machine collocated one set of lubricate system, when the machine running, it can add oil lubricate automatism to all the bear weight bearing and the transmission gear wheel structure working orbit and so on

Structure summarize
This machine is mainly made up by the right and left machine body, bottom connect bin, top machine box annex, lubricate sit, six way turn wheel, belt wheel, gear wheel structure, Geneva wheel structure, tu wheel structure, lubricate pump, oil way system and the electrical controlling part.
The upper rushing press working procedure of this machine: from the motor and though the belt wheel, and bring along with the input axis, and then though the little gear wheel, big gear wheel, bring along with the upper axis, though one set of tu wheel structure bring along with the lubricate sit which installed upper mould working up and down, and realize the press brick.
The turner of the working plate was realized by the wheel group of the upper axis, driving dial wheel, dialing the Geneva wheel of the six turning wheel axis. On the two sides of the upper axis, it installed one set of back tu wheel which is installed at the same axis and the press tu wheel, though the locating lever and the locating tray to realize the true locate of the working position.
In the right machine box was installed lubricate pump, when the machine though, the oil pipe was transported the lubricate oil to every attrition working position.
The customer should install the automatism installing material machine and the removing brick machine.
The pug adobe which is extruding by the extruder, though the cutter cut to the true length, and though the roller transporter transported to the installing material fight, though the installing material ware transported to the down mould according to the established procedure, the brick adobe which was turning position on the working plate, though the vacuum cupules imbibitions of the removing brick machine, and turn putting on the brick entrust of the transported line.
The installing material fight was made up by the machine fight, drive roller group, swing rise and down fight, installing material ware, motor, cylinder, pneumatic valve and so on.
The removing brick adobe machine was made up by the machine fight chain wheel (installed on the mainframe directly), chain, drive vat, swing fight, getting brick vat, vacuum cupules, formality controlling tu wheel group and every air moving valve.
 
Equipment installing and debugging
Before installing the equipment, you must make the basic of concrete according to the equipment installing basic drawing which was supplied by the factory, and make the press machine installing fight (Geneva steel weldment), and make it on the concrete basic which is solidify completely, make sure the fight level, get ready for the foot screw to make the twice grouting, when it was solidify completely, then it can install the press machine.
Installing material machine was installed behind the press machine directly, it no need to make installing basic, its installing height can adjust and support the foot screw, it can be adjust to the right position after test running step by step.
The getting adobe machine was installed on the front machine fight of the press machine directly by the equipment manufacturing factory. And make the basic adjustment, the customer need adjust the using situation in fact according to the press brick mould and the vacuum cupules. The length of the connect joint sleeve between the vacuum cupules and the getting adobe machine hand, then it can get the good effect.
The fountain power of the getting adobe machine was output by the chain wheel which was installed in the press machine fight, though the vacuum cupules getting the adobe and putting adobe, its working process was controlled by the tu wheel ware completely, and it was installed in the factory, and it need not remove and move.
 
Equipment running and the notice items
Manpower putting adobe, getting adobe working process:
Before using this machine, you should check if it is firm of the every connection, if the installing bolt and the nut is screw down. The right machine box and the left machine box should add more lubricate oil, and then you can get the electricity and test running, and running empty for observing carefully. If it has shaking, noise and if the oil window has oil, and if every part is in line, when they all are normal, then you can install the mould, but when you installing the mould, you must cut the electricity, you should better use one thing to support between the working plate and the bottom of the lubricate sit, in order to prevent the lubricate sit downing natural, cause an accident. The mould needs one upper mould and six different size down mould of this machine, you should install one upper mould and one down mould first, the down mould installed on the six round turn wheel working plate directly, the upper mould installed on the bottom of the lubricate, and put the suitable thickness tie plate, to ensure the upper mould and the down mould together, the clearance equality, and the upper mould and the down mould distance is the thickness of the brick adobe need. And then as the upper mould, turn the working plate, installing the other five down moulds, after installing all of the upper and down mould, then you can open the machine to press brick.
Automatism putting the material, getting adobe working process:
The mould installing and the test running mainframe is the same to the up-one, and then open the air compress machine, vacuum pump, extruder, cutter, putting material machine, press brick machine, mainframe and the brick transport machine, when stopping, you should stop extruder first, and then stop the other equipments.
 
 
 
Maintenance
You can not open this machine which one is do not understand the structure and the capability and the running process of this machine
it can not work when it exceed the least closed height, it is upper lubricate bottom to the every working face, the least distance is 290mm, it request the upper and the down mould together mould height add the upper and down tie plate thickness and add the adobe thickness, not allowed exceed 290mm, manufacturing mould should according the request to design, in order to prevent the machine tool accident.
You should observe usually, the height of the lubricate box and the two sides machine body.
The equipment should cleanse usually, keep it clean, it need not has muddiness and seeper.
