Ⅲ.the feature of equipment
The machine adopts steel jointing fabric, and screen circle is wooden fabric. Sieves are stainless steel quality. Vibration motor locates up of screen. It is easy to adjust Shake force area and reduce swing, prolong the life of use. Meantime, it owns the features of good vibration performance, low noise. The machine equipped with mixer, can makeup filter mixer.
Ⅳ.Install and debug
1. The machine should install on the basis of cement. It can drill hole at present, and use M12expand bolt to clench, if install on the adhesive tape transportation, just debug on the mixer.
2. the machine use 50ZZ, 380V power supply.
3. As the machine is very simple, just turn-on the electrical power and it will start. So, the switch can be set by user.
4. If user need add some parts on the machine, should obey the principle which do not influence inhere swing
5. If need adjust shake force, just only take apart two-end cover on the vibration motor.
Ⅴ.Attention
In order to make full use of the machine, and get the max output and efficiency, the material must add to the top of screen face in invariable and controllable speed. The follow things is also need to pay attention,
1. Dry material screen and separate: as the machine belong to continues work, and the intensity of mesh is limited, it must fed the material in suitable quantity, and forbid to strike mesh face in high speed so that make sure the quality of material screened and separated.
2. Wet material: It must take some measure to control flux and speed.
3. The machine can screen and separate feebleness acid and alkalescency material, but do not allow to use strong causticity.
4. When the start and stop, the machine will be over-swing vibration. It is the area of resonance and belongs to normal phenomenon. But must considering have more space.
5. To make sure the quality of screen and separate, it should make screen sieves replacing according to the actual life of it.
6. We can not assure the life of screen sieves, as it closely related with correct installing, thickness of material. However, we exactly hope user can get longer using life. So we suggest it should meet the degree of tightness and requirement as possible when replacing new sieves.
