Ⅳ. Main structure and work principle
As picture 1 showing, theΦ1600 Barrel stirrer main composed of motor, cycloid pin reducer, agitator shaft and airscrew blade.
1. Churn-dasher:

Ⅴ.Installation and debugging

3. After the second grouting dried, screw down the anchor bolt, confirm to nothing in agitation vat, then it can run with empty wagon, but before start this machine, you must overall check up and read the operation instruction carefully. To add the lubricating oil of to standard scale. If you find any problem, please reject it at once. Go on work running until check it correct.
Ⅵ. Use and maintain
1. Before use, you ought to check it overall, include part if or not completeness, the connecting bolt of all parts if or not substance, if or not have inclusion in the machine, if or not reach the scale of formulary between creeper gear (The lubricating oil of machine use 30# machinery oils in summer, use 20#machinery oils in winter). At first inching and starting, then sequence idle running (According to specified direction of rotation, to look down from height it in clockwise direction.)
2. Before starting you can’t park slime into agitation vat, for fear the slime settling, then block startup of electric machine, for fear burn the motor.
3. When you must closing down, you’d better to let all slime out in the agitation vat then closing
down.
4. When join the slime, strictly prohibit entraining stiffness matter such as wire nail, slab and rock and so on, for fear bring damage of equipment and personnel.
5. The machine ought to keep clean in long range, please not splash down blob and sewage on the bearing and motor, for fear bring unnecessary damage of equipment and personnel.
6. You ought to check all joint of equipment for fear it looses.
