This spiral stirrer applies to slurry mixing of ceramic and electrical ceramic industry. The end of the vertical main shaft has been equipped with a 3-wing spiral blade. The overhanging main shaft gets into the mixing pool for stirring. The top of the main shaft has been equipped with a center-oriented thrust ball bearing and a single row conic roller in order to improve the state of force support of main shaft, the combined bearing which is composed of bearings transports power through shaft coupling.

The cross section of slurry pool adopts a regular octagon that can limit rotation movement of slurry in order to prevent the deeper back-parabolic on the surface of slurry, so that you will get a better stirring.

The slurry will move intensely if the screw rotating in slurry, There is axial motion besides tangential movement and radial motion. This kind of axial motion can make the slurry get intense circulation so that the slurry will be mixed completely.

 

4.Operation and maintenance.

This machine adopts a intermittent work model, You should make sure that there is no remora in driving part before you start the machine. You should give a good screw to the bolt that is loose.

You should change the grease of main bearing(ZN-2 sodium grease)

 

5.Installation and trial run.

You should adopt concrete foundation, and you must finish foundation model making a week before installation, do it according to local earth attribute for ordinary clay, You can do it according to foundation drawing.

Giving a good screw to the rag bolts, a week after you have filled up foreseen holes of the rag bolts, at the same time, You should adjust the position between main shaft and motor, turning on power after all the things are normal, check the tightness situation of fastener after it has working for a few minutes.

When test run, slurry is poured into slurry pool, turning on power after the level of slurry exceed the position of screw, put in into production if the motor is normal.
