These series of air compressor can provide 0.036-2.0m3 air displacement and efficient pressure of 0.7-1.25Mpa of compressing air. It can be used to do pneumatic tests of all kinds of products and get the required compressing air by air lift-type instruments and pneumatic machinery. It is widely used to make air supply of spray-paint, blast-produced technics, air lift-type tongs,tire-puffing, air pick, Bottles making, sandblast and some other products which needs compressing air.

These series air compressor are made of core, air storage tank and motor power. The air compressor core and motor power are all installed on the air storage tank’s flat board. It is a mobile whole. There is four wheels under the air storage tank so it is quite convinent to move.
: single stage wind cooling type air compressor and its working principle
When the electric motor drives the air compressor core through triangle belt and make the bent axle whirl and then make the air cylinder’s volume changeable. On the top of air cylinder there is inlet and displace valve. When the piston moves from top to bottom, the pressure in air cylinder decreases gradually. When the air pressure in cylinder is lower than pressure in the inlet vavle, the inlet vavle is open and then the free air are absorbed to cylinder by noise elimination packed bed filter. It is the air absorbing process.On the contrary,if the pistion move from bottom to top and the vavle close itself, due to the decrease of volume and raise of pressure, the air displacement vavle is open while the pressure is over pressure outside the air displacement vavle. The compressing air of 0.7Mpa in cylinder will go to the air storage tank. The twin-stage wind cooling air compressor working principle is: the free air is absorbed to the first cyliner through noise elimination packed bed filter. It is compressed to be 0.19-0.2Mpa compressing air through the first cylinder. After cooling by finned tube, the air is compressed again to be 1.25Mpa and being stored in the air storage tank. And there is security protection in the second air inlet. There is rupture of vavle in the second. And the security vavle opens itself and then the pressure cannot rise any more.
These series of air compressor’s pressure adjusting system can start and stop automatically according to the air use. When the air storage tank’s pressure is over than the rating and it makes the contact terminal in “automatic air pressure switch”cut off, and the electricity power source cuts off,electric motor stops working. But when discharge pressure decreses to the lower limit, the contact terminal will replace automatically and connect the circuit and then the electric motor will run again and the air compressor will work normally again.
his air compressor is cooling moving type. Users can move it according to the needs of construction. In order to raise the use life of machine, the air compressor should be put in clean,dry,cool and ventilation place and make sure the temperature of enviroment is not too high and the air is not grime and dust and without some other hazardous substance.
There is no lubricating oil with the machine when this machine leaves factory. And before starting the new air compressor, users should add lubricating oil onto the upper limit. After running of 150 hours, users should change the lubricating oil added for the first time. And hereafter, users should examine the oil line. If the oil line is lower than the lower limit, users sh
ould add in lubricating oil in time.
Before the first use of compressor, users should examine if the triangle’s degree of tightness is apporiate. Turn the belt wheel, check if there is any error in compressor’s turning. If everything is normal, then users can conncet electricity source and start the electric motor. When the compressor is running, check if the turning of machine is right with the arrow(-head) on the protecting shield. If it is right, the machine can be used.

While air compressor is working,without error, it will increase the pressure to the rating range. Users should check if there is any leakage of steam and oil or loose of bolt. And also users should check if “barometric pressure automatic start and stop” is in the range of pressure adjusting. If it is over the rating pressure, “barometric pressure automatic start and stop” will stop the air compressor automatically. The air storage in vent-pipe will be empty automatically. If so, this machine is normal and can be used to the production.
Attention: without cutting off the electricity, it is strictly forbidden to do any repairment to the air compressor. Although electric motor and compressor are all stopping working, the pressure switch still has electricity. While the pressure is lower than the setting pressure’s lower limit, the electric motor will start by itself and cause accident.
In summer,Air compressor should use No.19 compressing oil. In winter, air compressor should use No.13 compressing oil. Normally after use for 500hours, the compressing oil should be changed.
