Start the machine under automatic state(A, B adobe dividers work together)
1. close the main power breaker QF1 in electric control cabinet.“Power Indicator” Light is on.
1. turn right the red “Emergency stop” botton until it is popping out.
1. Turn the “manual/automatic” to “automatic”
1. 4A, 7B machine stander are under 4＃,7＃ conveyer belt. If not, move it to those places by hands.
1. Turn “4A adobe dividing structure knob” to “running” position; turn “7B adobe dividing structure knob” to “running” position.
1. Press “start Core”botton,”Core runs” indicating light is on. The adobe divider is in running state and wait the tile from cutter to the divider.
2. starting the machine finishes.
Stop machine in automatic state
1. . press “stop the core”button, “Servo running” indicator light is off. Adobe divider stops wor
king. press red “Emergency stop” button
start the machine under automatic state(4A works,7B doesn’t work or 4A doesn’t work, 7B works)
1. Break off the main power breaker QF1 in the electric cabinet. “main powe indicator” light is off.

Press “electric calls attention”.the electric bell rings.
The starting process under the circumstance when 4A doesn’t work, 7B works and 4A works, 7B doesn’t work is almost the same. Just need to make little change in point 4: Turn the adobe dividing structure 4A to “stop”;turn the adobe dividing structure 7B to “running
Attention: if 4A is in the stopping position,users need to move 4A adobe divider from 4# converyer belt to 3＃converyer belt under the “manual” state.

1. Turn the “manual/automatic” to “manual” Turn 1#conveyer belt from “stop” to “reversion”. 1#conveyer belt runs in reversion. Then turn to “stop”.1#conveyer belt stops
Turn 1#conveyer belt from “stop” to “corotation”. 1#conveyer belt runs in corotation. Then turn to “stop”.1#conveyer belt stops corotation.
Turn 1#conveyer belt “whirl” button from 0 to “180”. 1#conveyer belt runs to “180”. Then turn “180” to 0 position.1#conveyer belt turns from “180” to 0 position.
Press “2# conveyer belt starts”, 2# conveyer runs. “2# conveyer belt running indicating” light is on.
Press “2# conveyer belt stops”, 2# conveyer stops. “2# conveyer belt running indicating” light is off.
3＃, 4＃, 5＃, 6＃, 7＃, 8＃, 9＃, 10＃ conveyer belt’s manual operation are same with point 5.

Turn “4A adobe shelf” ascending and declining button to “ascending” position. adobe shelf ascends.
Turn “4A adobe shelf” d ascending and declining button to “declining” position. adobe shelf declines.
Press ”4A Jog+”.4A jog forward. Press ”4A Jog-”.4A jog backward
. 3# conveyer belt is 4A adobe belt’s forward position. 4# conveyer belt is 4A adobe belt’s forward position.

rning:While adobe divider’s dividing structure 4A and 7A are working,workers or users should keep a distance of 0.5m. It is strictly prohibited for workers or users to put hands into the adobe dividing structure.
