Working principle:

 

The motor make theeccentric block of vibration exciter rotate through flexible connection, to produce periodic vibrating force, the grinder drum make high frequency vibration on the supporting springs. There is grinding media (stick or the ball), cast, crash and rotate (revolution and autogiration) strongly in the drum, the material in drum is broken and grinded promptly under the pressure of crashing of grinding media, and come out smoothly to the outlet when the material level is balanced.

marble, silica sand, limestone, bentonite, lime,
gypsum, puzzolan, bauxite, copper granules, iron
