Features of laminating eva films:
   1, our iseekan film is transparent with no fog same as pvb, and could be applied in the field having high requirement of the transparency.
   2, lightproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, weather resistance etc. durability features is equal to pvb, and the sound insulation is prior to pvb. Iseekan film could be uesd in the outdoor widely.
   3, High adhension, avoiding the interlayer debonding, and bubble.
   4, Except the good adhension to glass, aslo with excellent to pet film, pc film, metal etc..
   5, Easy processing condition, vacuo and heating up; simple equipment.
 
Processing conditions:
  1,To have a good quality of the interlayer glass, the tempature of the glass surface should be over 120℃.If the temperature reaches to 130℃, the soaking zone should be controlled within 20min to 50min.
  2,In order to be without bubble, we suggest you to coldly take out the air about 2-5min under the condition that just after the combination, before the heating.The vacuo pressure should be over 700mmhg.The vacuo could be stopped just as the glass surface temperature descending to 50℃.To ensure the best transparency.
  3, we should guarantee two conditions, the first is the maximum processing temperature,the second is that the faster of the cooling, the better of the transparency.
  4,To avoid the bubble by the scraps, the parts handling should be taken after the glass cutting. The glass surface should clear and dry to ensure its adhension and transparency.
