1. Stripping section
1). Centerline system with quick lock pins on upper frame
2).Centerline system compatible to Centerline II for quick stripping die set up.
3). Motorized upper frame suspending hoister up to 500mm
4). Lead edge removal system to remove gripper margin completely.
2. Delivery Section
1). Escalator delivery with non-stop air cylinder to protect the sheets from scratches
2). Non-stop batch counter bundle delivery to ensure continous productivity and operation efficiency.
3. Die cutting Section
1). 7pieces of gripper bar with 24 spikes per piece
2). Safely door and diechase saftely locking system to ensure safe operation.
3). Completely lost sheet control throughout the entire machine
4). Cneterline system compatible to centerline II for quick change over and short set up time
5). Air cushion underneath diecutting plate for easy cutting plate floating in and out
