Briefly Introduction:

 

NJP Series Capsule Filling machine adopts PLC and HMI control system and international famous brands electronic components, such as Mitsubishi, Simens, Schneider, and Omron etc. The machine is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, health-care products etc. This machine adopts advanced full-sealed structure with novel appearance and possesses the advantages of adjustable medicine filling, precise dosage, high rate of capsule getting on the machine, frequency conversion speed regulation, safety and simple to operate etc. It can respectively fill number 00~4 capsule according to different specification of mould, and suitable for filling form of medicine such as active material, starch, lactose, filling material, diluents or lubricant etc. It can automatically complete the whole capsule filling process including capsule separating, filling, waste rejecting, capsule recapping, finished product pushing, waste capsule removal etc.

 

Work Principle:

The empty capsules will be filled into the hopper of NJP Capsule Filler, and the empty capsule will be distributed into the moulds automatically, and the empty capsules will be separated into two parts (cap and body) inside the mould by vacuum pump, the filled powder will be filled into the body of capsule by auger, and then the cap will be closed with the cap automatically.
