Processsing:

Elctro- galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized before or after welded and finished with PVC coating.

Brief PVC coating process:

1. heat the wire mesh galvanized

2. make the heated wire mesh go through PVC powder, during this step, pvc powder will adhere onto the mesh wire.

3. distilled the pvc powder to make it become a whole and cover wire firmly.

 

Usage:

They are mainly used for making goods shelves in the super market, indoor and outdoor decorating as material seperating space, domestic fowl cultivation, garden fencing.

 

Features:

Bright color, nice looking anti-corrosive, anti-rust, no fade and so on.
