Features

This machinery adopts windwheel-type high-speed revolving cutters to mill and shear the materials. The process achieves excellent crushing effect and has been able to sift out crushing heat energy and finished products by strong airflow from the screen mesh.The fineness of the crushing goods could vary while using different sieves.

Working Principles

This machine crushes and rubs materials through the gear by utilization of the relative movement between the moving-gear and the fixture gear. The smashed materials enter the gathering bag automatically by the revolving forces while dust has been filtered through the bag of dust-absorbing box.
 

Designed according to GMP standard, the whole unit is made of stainless steels without producing dusts in the process. Besides, this method has increased the recycling usage of materials and has also lowered manufacuturers’ costs at the same time.
