Working Principles

The unit is made up by host machine, auxiliary engines, pipelines and electric control devices. Auxiliary engine has whirlwind and bag dust extractions while the host machine has a centrifugal grading device, which could not only smash materials but also has a grading function with centrifugal separation shear without sieves or nets. Besides, the powder particles can be arbitrarily regulated.
 

When the materials have been smashed, they will be conveyed outside under negative pressure through the blow-off valve. To achieve product requirements, this unit is an ideal machinery for pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
