2)FEATURES

The oil purifier together precise filtration with dehydration, applies advanced "Coalescence and Separation" technology to dehydration, has high efficiency and strong capacity, especially to separate the vast water in the oil. It has the unmatched advantages of vacuum method and centrifugation, can explode all the oil-water emulsion structure in the medium; use high efficiency filter media for filter medium and has large filtration area design, can effectively filter the imperceptible particles to make the oil reach a high cleanliness. The coalescence system consists of a group of coalescence filter element and the coalescence filter element adopts a unique molecular structure of polar. Free water and emulsion water in the oil formed a large water droplet after it through the filter element and then sinking down to water storage tank relying on gravity. The separated water stored in the storage tank, when the interface height reach to the set value, open the valve to put the water out until down to the liquid level then close the valve and stop the drainage. The system Configuration is excellent and has strong continuous performance, suitable for online operation.
