Whole machine consists of basic frame, heating plate, planing tool, hydraulic unit and support (for planing tool and heating plate)-
The machines are suitable for welding pipes and fittings that made of PE/PP/PVDF in a ditch in worksite or in workshop. they are designed in accordance to the Chinese and international correspondent standards(GB/T 20674; ISO12176-1), and consists of :
- Basic Frame is made of aluminum alloy, with light weight and high strength. It is specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45 degree, which makes the operation conveniently.
- PTFE coated and removable heating plate with high accurate temperature control system and the separate thermometer for reading the working temperature.
- Removable electrically controlled planing tool for levelling the ends of the pipe and /or fitting, with a safety switch enables to start it only when it is locked in operation position. Milling blade is made of high quality tooling steel , double sharpen blade can be shift using.
- Electrohydraulic unit, working pressure ajustable and can be held.
- Planing tool & heating plate support, with electric power supply box.
