Warranty:
Our products are warranted to be free from defects for materials or workmanship in one year from the Ex-factory date. During this period, if need to replace any components that fail to use, we will send to customers at our expense without any charge. This warranty does not cover consumables and some cases like wrong way to use and repair. If any loss caused by the furnace problem for customer, we will consult and compensate.
Replacement will be shipped to customer after photo or other evidence are provided and investigated from customer.
