SDXQ series CNC profile cutting production line working progress:
Work piece is hoisted to working table. Convey vertically it to specified location by feeding chain conveyor and then to feeding convey system. Pneumatic and hydraulic gripper is
on the right terminal. It moves left and pass test work piece, inform central control computer, pneumatic and hydraulic gripper moves into work piece. Hydraulic gripper clamp and
push work piece to cutting working position. Inkjet, close or disconnect spray tooling line according to requirement. Then start eight-axis linkage cutting according to central
control computer program. It can finish cutting straight line, contour line, joint hole and beveling etc. CNC track-type synchronous conveyor delivers it after work piece finished.
Then pneumatic unloading device push work piece out and all process finished.
