DC53 is used widely, the cold die than the uniform distributed carbide steel D2 and better toughness.

It can be used in the manufacture of: cold shear module, machine mold, roll a die, gauge, drawing die, rub silk plate, cold die, etc.

 

Suitable for :

1.blanking die, cold forming mold, cold drawing die, forming roller punching head, cold extrusion die ,

2.and also for  high wear-resistant, high hardness, high toughness, cold stamping die, in particular,

3. the requirement of working conditions is higher than the D2 tool die.
