Jaw Crusher Application     
Jaw crusher has been generally applied in mining, metallurgical, water conservancy, construction, road and railway building, and chemistry etc. It is mainly applied in the primary crushing in which the compressive strength of original material is under 350Mpa.
  • Jaw Crusher Machine Working Principle:
    It is based on the modern design principle "CRUCHING WITHOUT RUBBING" The machine consists of, two Jaws, one fixed and the other moving.
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed one surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed one. The materials will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher(crusher machine) between toggle plate and moving jaw narrow when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of crusher machine moves away from fixed one by the pulling of rod and spring, the products crushed will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher(Crusher machine).
