Application:
The Ore Disk Feeder is feeding equipment of calculated by cubage can feed to next procedure evenly, continuously suitable for feeding various non stickiness, not suitable for high flowing property power material, suitable for feeding the ore, coal, cement, Chalmette, limestone of powder shape, grainy or small pieces material.
The disk feeder is the cubage measuring feeding device, which is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building material, coal and electric power industries to feed all kinds of non-glutinosity material

Working principle:
Feeder and ribbon conveyer are drived by a set of actuating device. And the set of driving device can start, or stop, or transform the whole machine by electromagnetic clutch inside it. The speed of the metering ribbon conveyer is less than 1m/s. The speed detector is set for measuring the speed of the belt. And there is some other device to ensure the proper weight of raw material.
