Structure:
Continuous Ball Mill consists of charging part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (velocity decreasing machine, small conveying gear, motor, electric control) and so on. The shaft is made of casting steel and the inner liner palate can be replaceable. The big rotary gear is processed by cast roll tooth. There is wear- resistant liner palates welded on the inner wall of the drum so that it has good wear proof ability.
The mills with the diameter above 3m allocate jaking devices for easy maintenance. So the dynamical pressure bearing and the static pressure bearing can operate stable. The low speed transmission is convenient for maintenance and starting. And the oil mist spray lubrication device ensures the reliable lubricating of big and small gears. Generally, the main motor of the large mill is high pressure asynchronous motor or synchronous motor. So customers should indicate the motor type in order.
