XJK Flotation Machine
Function:
XJK Flotation Separator is used for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be also used for separation of non-metal materials such as coal fluorite and steatite. Floater main used to select copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metal, also can be used in the black metallic and nonmetallic roughers.

Brief introduction:
The impeller rotates by triangle belt of the motor, with produces centrifugal function and causes negative pressure.0n one hand it draws in enough air mixed with ore magma; on the other hand it agitates to mix ore magma with chemical medicines. At the same time, it minifies bubbles so that minerals can stick above them .float on the surface of magma, and form mineralized bubbles. The height of plate can be adjusted to control fluid level so that the available bubbles can be scrapped out by scrapers.
Working principle:
After coal and potions fully mixing, they will put into the under slot of first room, after the impeller rotating, it formed negative pressure in the cavity, made under the tank and the trough’s pulp put into the mixing zone separately by the impeller’s under suction and up suction. also can make the air into the mixing zone through along the sleeve, pulp, air and pharmacy mixed here. under the effect of centrifugal impeller, the mixed pulp put into the mineralized zone, the air formed bubbles and crushed. and full contact with the coal particles, then formed to mineralized bubbles, under the effect of stator plate and turbulence, evenly distributed in the trough of body section, and move up into the separation zone, enrichment formed bubble- layer, it will put out by bubble blowing machine, formed coal bubble. the unmineralization coal particles up in the bottom of the trough will mix, mineralizate and separate with second time through the circle hole and the suction hole. in the bottom of the trough, part pulp which is not in drafted by impeller, they will through by middlings box -buried in the ore pulp into the bottom trough of second room. Finish the full process of the first room. then go to the third room, such a cycle floater, the pulp through the last room into the tailings box, then put out the final tailings.
