Shaking Table
Brief introduction:
It is composed of bed, bed head and driving merchandise three parts. The support and feed through are made up the bed. Bed has coarse bed and carving groove bed. According to feed ore sizes and ore density, proper bed type is chosen (attached forms). Bed connected by the hook on the bed head supports the driving merchandise. With the push of bed head, the bed moves back and forth. The bed head moves under the eccentric shaft driving the eccentric roller to make rocker supporting arm moving. Like: The rocker supporting arm drives connected the screw to make screw moving back and forth. The lubricant bearing is used the ZQSN5-5-5 material which has low noise and moving neatly. The driving merchandise is used to adjust the slope of the table, used hand wheel to adjust the slant splint so the bed’s slope produced.

Functions and Applications:
6-S shaking table is the commonly used classifying equipment in gravity concentration factories. It can classify the high-SPGR ore such as wolfram, tin, gold, etc. and the metal minerals in slime and can turn out ore concentrate, lower-class ore concentrate, middling and gangue, etc. It used in classifying the granularity 2-0.02millimeters ore and ore slime the rank of the metallic minerals: tungsten, the tin, the niobium, the manganese, the chromium, the lead, the zinc, the gold, the iron(red iron, brown iron) and so on.
