Apparatus

1.Shallow sink

   Inner dimension 2600×2200mm 

   Material: PVC Insulation 

2.The room should be big enough that the solution inside submerge the whole module                                                         

  a.Resistivity not exceeding 3500Ω•cm 

b.Surface tension not exceed 0.03N•m-1

c.Temperature: 22°C±3°C

The solution should deep enough ,not include lead box entrance

3.Sprinklers with the same solution

4.500V available current limit with DC power                   

5.Equipment that for measuring the insulation resistance

Procedure

a.inlet leads should be sprayed wholly by the solution,if the module connect to plug-
   in connector,plug- in should be soaked in the solution during testing

b.The speed that not exceed 500V•s-1 increase the voltage until 500V,should be kept 2
    min,then test the insulation resistance 

c.Reduce the voltage to zero,made the short-circuit of test equipment leading-out 

   terminal,for releasing voltage from internal module
