The machine consists of a feeder, a paddle, a blender and an electrical system. The feeder, the rotor pump and the blender is quipped separately with its own converter to control the operation speed. Both the amount of the high-consistency fruit meat mixed into the ice cream and spiral speed of the blender may be controlled freely.
